My Philosophy
I believe consistency and results go hand in hand. My main goal is to inspire my clients to maintain a more healthy lifestyle over the long run by creating a program that aligns with you. My training style incorporates a combination of stability, mobility, and strength training to help with pain management, injury prevention, weight loss, improving posture, freedom of movement, and increasing strength. I’m here to motivate, teach, and advise my clients utilizing science-backed practices that will improve your mind-body connection and help you feel your best!
About me
I’m a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine specializing in strength training and mobility. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have been a consistent gym goer for over 20 years before becoming a personal trainer. Outside of fitness I love playing music, snowboarding, rollerskating, camping, hiking, video games, my cats, and traveling. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Motion Picture & Television and I’m also a professional filmmaker who has been working in the film/ video industry for over 10 years. But as much as I love storytelling my true love has always been fitness, so here I am!
