Hey! My name is Andra Dowgala, and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer. 

My passion for fitness began as a endurance and triathlon athlete where I learned to love pushing my limits. Later, my view of fitness shifted when I began coaching fitness classes and training clients to achieve their own personal fitness goals. I learned that it was more important to make fitness the best part of your day so that you can come back and continue to make fitness a priority in your life. Years ago, I heard a trainer named Peter Twist describe my fitness philosophy “We don’t crush people. Life crushes them and we lift them up.” 

A decade later, I’m a parent of a four year old girl and know the value of not only making fitness fun but also finding ways to build it into your life even when life gets messy. My goal as your trainer is to work with you to discover what type of training brings you joy and help you build that into your fitness routine so that you can stick with it for a lifetime. What brings me joy personally is walking my dog, walks in my neighborhood, playing with my daughter at the park or trail, and working out in my garage. I can’t wait to help you find your joy while building a custom fitness program together!
